The blue dashed line represents that walk path of Alveo Land's Sedona Parc while the green double dashed line represents Ayala Land Premiere's 1016 Residences. Notice that the Sedona Parc path traverses 2 Ayala maintained parks, one in front of the building and the other beside 1016 Residences. The 1016 Residences path, as you may have noticed, passed through the Cebu City Sports Club property as the building has direct access to this facility. The leisurely walk from Sedona Parc to the Ayala Terraces mall is around 5 to 10 minutes depending on your pace, while a short, healthy 3-5minute walk is in order for future 1016 Residents.
