I wonder what companies bought these lots? Its nice to know that investor interest is still high for this area of Metro Manila.
These lots sell for PHP 429.6M. Reservation Fee is PHP 5M. 25% Downpayment is required after 30 days of reservation, then 75% payable over 2 to 3 years with corresponding interest.
This area will be as dense as Crescent Park West area due to the FAR zoning.
