Venare at Nuvali Site and Treveia Clubhouse Construction Photo Updates

If you have not heard through the grapevine, Ayala Land's Alveo has began accepting Letters of Intent for their newest residential offering - Venare at Vesta Nuvali.

So here are more on Venare info through SCRIBD.
 

Venare is located at the highest portion of Nuvali. The terrain is semi-rolling with grand views of the whole of Nuvali and Laguna de Bay as well as the mountain ranges of Tagaytay and Mt. Makiling.

Here are some photos I took yesterday at the Venare sales briefing.

Now, here are some construction updates of Treveia's clubhouse. You may notice that the gym and the baskteball court are already functional for use.

As of now, Treveia is already almost sold-out with less than 10 lots available for sale.
