Vesta in Nuvali

Ayala Land's Alveo, the prime developer of upscale communities, shall be launching its newest residential offering in Nuvali - Vesta.  



 Above is an estimate of where it shall be located. 

This upscale residential community shall offer smaller lot cuts at approx 200 sqm, much like Verdana Homes. It is located at the eastern side of Montecito, with a slightly rolling terrain. I would say that Vesta is the nearest community to the Nuvali Reservation and Bird Park. The project is to be sold approximately at an average of PHP 12,000 per sqm on the priority selling event, sometime around the 2nd or 3rd quarter of the year.
