The new site development plan for Two Serendra.
The prior sections of Two Serendra was also renamed to the following:
- Section A is now known as ~ Almond
- Section B is now known as ~ Belize
- Section C is now known as ~ Callery
- Section D is now known as ~ Dolce
- Section E is now known as ~ Encino
I think the conceived names turned out to be nice. I am sure the owners would love the new names for their Serendra. I personally love Dolce and Encino, and Belize too.
As of now, the available units at Two Serendra will be those in Phase 3, the high-rise section.
For Aston and Red Oak at Two Serendra, the available units to date will be Two [2] and Three [3] Bedrooms only. Red Oak though have some studio units left in the inventory.
The freshest offering of Two Serendra is The Meranti, with full inventory of Studios and One [1] Bedrooms, which are the majority of units on offer.
The 36 SQM studio units will cost you around 3.9 M with VAT. The best 1-Bedroom units at 61 SQM, which are the x-05 units from the 30th to the 40th floor, are priced at around 6.8M with VAT.
