One and Two Serendra Construction Updates

Construction Updates



Aston at Two Serendra nearing completion and early to be topped-off for the 2012 turnover.

East Tower at One Serendra. The building houses the new location of the One Serendra Sales Office for the East and West Towers.

 
As of now the available units for One Serendra are the 2-Bedrooms and 1-Bedrooms at East Tower and a wide-array of choices from the West Tower - The last ultra-luxury offering of One Serendra.

For Two Serendra, 2-Bedroom units and 3-Bedroom units are available for Aston and Red Oak. 1-Bedrooms and Studio units are ready for reservation for Meranti.

Serendra Construction Photo Updates

Aston at Two Serendra will be ready for occupancy by 2012.



East Tower at One Serendra shall also be ready by that time.







Also, the Serendra Sales Pavilion's last date of operation is on June 15, 2010. It will also be the last day for you to view the model units. The Pavilion will be demolished to pave the way for the Meranti at Two Serendra groundbreaking.
