As we come back from the festive holiday season, we are greeted with good news - Park Terraces, the condominium development of Ayala Land Premiere, which is soon to rise beside Raffles Residences, within Ayala Center Makati, has already opened its doors to buyers and are now accepting Electronic Letters of Interest for the priority selling on the 23rd of January 2010.
Without further a do, attached herewith are the information you would need to decide:
- The Park Terraces Brochure with mechanics on the LOI system.
- The price list for Park Terraces as of January 8, 2010.
The payment terms and computation sheets will be released as soon as possible.
Also, due to the high number of e-LOI's received last January 7th, Ayala Land will be releasing additional units.
A total of 201 units will be available for Tranche 1 of Park Terraces. Below is a summary of floors that will be available:
Low Zone – 2nd to 11th floor
Low-Mid Zone – 23rd to 27th floor
High-Mid Zone – 31st to 35th floor
High Zone – 41st to 49th floor
