New Alveo Village in Vesta Nuvali with Lots for Sale below 250 to 300 SQM

Just and update. Alveo Land, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, has changed their maiden project in Vesta in Nuvali from Elaris to a new village name that is yet to be announced.

Now, if you are asking of major reasons why this Vesta in Nuvali Alveo Village is a better alternative for villages and communities in Santa Rosa, then go read the following:

- It was supposed to be the site for Santierra, which was planned to be east of Montecito. So knowing Ayala Land Premiere and their choices of location for their projects, this site for the new Alveo Nuvali Village is in a very good location. Santierra was just moved so that it will be beside Abrio.

- Its at a higher elevation which has over-looking views of the whole of Nuvali. You will be able to gaze the California-esque skyline of Nuvali, with mostly mid-rise developments, in years to come.
  
- Though its farther from the Nuvali commercial zones compared to Treveia, Abrio or Santierra, it will be in front of an Ayala Mall that they are hoping to develop in the futire.

- The new Alveo Village will have an average of 200 SQM lot sizes - smaller cuts but cheaper in price for nuvali lots. This is almost the same as the price per sqm of Avida Settings Nuvali, so rather invest in an alveo lot since its a more high-end development than Avida.

- The same concept of every lot being only 25 meters away from any park or greenery. In this way, you can just walk to any enclave of greenery and parks so you can enjoy nature the Nuvali way.

- The same concept of compartmentalized sub-neighborhoods for more privacy and security.
